It was Ray Cooper's 5th concert in the castle church of Goseck (Burgenlandkreis, Saxony-Anhalt). The concert was recorded and produced with 6 cameras in 4K/UHD. At Ray Cooper's request, the concert was released in two parts a week apart.

A challenging combination: demands and a tight budget?

These options usually get in each other s way. However, BOCHUM Medien-Video-Produktion is the exception to the rule. The cameras we use are modern, latest-generation models with large 1-inch image sensors. Excellent image quality is guaranteed even in difficult lighting conditions. The cameras can be operated remotely by using programmable motor pan-tilts, which minimizes personnel expenditure and reduces costs.

When it comes to multi-camera recording and video production, BOCHUM Medien-Video-Produktion is your partner. We use cameras of the same type. Cameras of the same type ensure identical image quality for every image or camera setting. The video editing is done using professional software on high-performance computers. BOCHUM Medien-Video-Produktion already offers the possibility to produce videos in 8K / UHD-II / UHDTV2 / 4320p.

Video production of concerts, theater performances, readings ...

For the video recording of concerts, theater performances, readings, etc., we consistently use the multi-camera method. If the many different areas of the stage presentation are to be recorded on video from different perspectives, we can do this using the multi-camera method. We use cameras that are remote controlled. The cameras are controlled from a central point with regard to zoom, sharpness and alignment. 5 and more cameras can be operated by a single person. Additional cameramen are not necessary.

TV and video reports for radio and internet streaming

Through many years of activity, we also have a wealth of experience in this area. This resulted in several hundred TV reports and video reports. The topics were as varied as the places reported on. The topics ranged from current news and information to cultural and sporting events, social events and much more. Our wealth of experience makes it possible for you to research all conceivable subject areas in order to produce TV reports and video reports.

Video recording of rounds of talks, discussion events, interviews, etc.

Depending on the order, we also use several cameras for the video production of interviews, discussion events, round tables, etc. For simple interviews with only one person, 2 cameras can be sufficient if the questioner is not to be shown in the picture. However, if it is an interview or conversation situation with several people, we naturally rely on the multi-camera method. The extent to which remote-controlled cameras must be used depends on whether the event is attended by an audience. If interviews, conversations or discussion rounds are recorded without an audience, there is no need for a motor pan tilt.

Editing and editing of video and audio material

Of course, recording events, concerts, interviews and discussions is not enough. The second and at least as important part of a video production is the video editing. The audio tracks or soundtracks must be viewed and adjusted when the video material is edited. Additional text, image and video material as well as blurbs are also designed and integrated during the video editing. If you would like video material from you or from other sources to be integrated, you are welcome to submit this. Audio tracks from concert recordings can also be remixed and remastered.

Small batch manufacture of CDs, DVDs and Blu-ray discs

BOCHUM Medien-Video-Produktion is also your partner for CDs, DVDs and Blu-ray discs in small quantities. CDs, DVDs and Blu-ray discs offer particular advantages over other storage media, and not just for archiving. The security of the data on USB sticks, memory cards and hard drives is not guaranteed for eternity. Since Blu-ray discs, DVDs and CDs contain no electronic components, this potential vulnerability and cause of data loss is absent. Blu-ray discs, DVDs and CDs are ideal for selling, giving away or archiving music and videos.
