Abacay - Make a compromise and you'll survive - music...

This work is also somewhat older. A music video by the Abacay project entitled Make a compromise and you'll survive. The basic idea was implemented with a lot of spontaneity and flexibility within a few hours. At that time there was no 4K/UHD. Therefore, video shooting and video production took place in full HD.

Demanding project despite limited financial possibilities?

Usually you need to focus on one or the other. However, BOCHUM Medien-Video-Produktion is the exception to the rule. The cameras we use are modern models of the latest generation with large 1-inch image sensors of the same type. Despite difficult lighting conditions, first-class image quality is achieved. The fact that the cameras can be operated remotely by means of programmable motor pan-tilts leads to a reduction in personnel expenditure and thus to cost savings.

Video recording with multiple cameras (multi-camera video production)

BOCHUM Medien-Video-Produktion offers you the video recording with several cameras at the same time. For such productions we use cameras of the same type. Cameras of the same type ensure identical image quality for every image or camera setting. The video editing takes place on high-performance computers. BOCHUM Medien-Video-Produktion already offers the possibility to produce videos in 8K / UHD-II / UHDTV2 / 4320p.

Video production of concerts, theater performances, readings ...

The video recording of theater performances, concerts, readings, etc. is of course done with several cameras. Using the multi-camera method, we realize the video recording of the stage performance from many different perspectives. We use cameras that are remote controlled. The very varied alignment of the cameras takes place from a central point. In this way, 5 or more cameras can be controlled by just one person. An entire event can be fully recorded by just one person.

TV and video reports for radio and internet streaming

Through working as a video journalist for many years, I was able to gain relevant experience in this area. This resulted in several hundred TV reports and video reports. This activity led to a wide variety of places for a wide variety of topics. These included breaking news and information, cultural and sporting events, competitions, social events and much more. Our wealth of experience makes it possible for you to research all conceivable subject areas in order to produce TV reports and video reports.

Video production of rounds of talks, discussion events, interviews, etc.

Depending on the assignment, several cameras are also used for interviews, discussion events and roundtables. Two cameras are sometimes sufficient if the questioner is not to be shown in the picture in interviews with only one person. However, if it is an interview or conversation situation with several people, we naturally rely on the multi-camera method. Depending on whether it is an event with an audience, remote-controlled cameras can also be used here. There is no need for a motor pan tilt when it comes to discussions without an audience.

Video editing, video cutting, audio editing

Of course, recording events, concerts, interviews and discussions is not enough. A video production cannot be completed without video editing. During the video editing, the soundtracks and audio tracks are viewed, adjusted and mixed at the same time. During editing, the video is completed with logos, blurbs and, if necessary, other video, image and text material. You can also submit existing image, text, video and audio material. If, for example, the audio tracks of a concert recording are to be mastered, we can do this or you can supply it as a file.

Small series of CDs, DVDs and Blu-ray Discs

Do you need CDs, DVDs or Blu-ray discs in small quantities? BOCHUM Medien-Video-Produktion is your partner. When it comes to archiving audio, video and data, CDs, DVDs and Blu-ray Discs offer clear advantages. The security of the data on USB sticks, memory cards and hard drives is not guaranteed for eternity. The advantage of Blu-ray discs, DVDs and CDs is that they do not contain any electronic components. Blu-ray discs, DVDs and CDs for music and video are therefore the first choice as a souvenir, as a gift or for sale.
