A challenging combination: demands and a tight budget?

These two things are usually not possible at the same time. BOCHUM Medien-Video-Produktion is the exception to the rule. We use cameras of the same type of the latest generation with large 1-inch image sensors. Excellent image quality is achieved despite difficult lighting conditions. The use of programmable motor pan-tilts allows the cameras to be controlled remotely and minimizes manpower, which reduces costs.

Multi-camera video production is a main focus of BOCHUM Medien-Video-Produktion. We use cameras of the same type. When it comes to image quality, BOCHUM Medien-Video-Produktion makes no compromises. The recording is at least in 4K/UHD. The video material is edited on high-performance computers using professional software. As one of the few video producers, BOCHUM Medien-Video-Produktion can produce videos in 8K / UHD-II / UHDTV2 / 4320p.

For the video recording of concerts, theater performances, readings, etc., we consistently use the multi-camera method. Using the multi-camera method, we realize the video recording of the stage performance from many different perspectives. We use cameras that are remote controlled. The very varied alignment of the cameras takes place from a central point. It only takes one person to control all the cameras. Additional cameramen are not required.
TV and video reports for radio, streaming and the internet

A wealth of experience has grown from many years as a video journalist. Hundreds of video reports and TV reports have been produced and broadcast over the years. The topics were as varied as the places reported on. These included current information and news, social events, cultural events, sports competitions, football, handball and much more. Our wealth of experience makes it possible for you to research all conceivable subject areas in order to produce TV reports and video reports.

Depending on what the client wants and how the situation is on site, several cameras are also used for interviews, rounds of talks, discussion events, etc. If the questioner is not to be shown in the picture in interviews with only one person, two cameras are sometimes completely sufficient. If an interview or conversation with several people is to be recorded on video, the use of more than 2 cameras is essential. To what extent it is necessary to be able to remotely control the cameras depends on whether it is an event with an audience. The technical effort is reduced if the video recording is of discussions without an audience.
Editing of video and audio material

The video recording of events, concerts, interviews, etc. is understandably only one side of the coin. The next step after video recording is video cutting or video editing. During the video editing, the soundtracks and audio tracks are viewed, adjusted and mixed at the same time. Additional text, image and video material as well as blurbs are also designed and integrated during the video editing. You can also submit existing image, text, video and audio material. If, for example, the audio tracks of a concert recording are to be mastered, we can do this or you can supply it as a file.
Small batch manufacture of CDs, DVDs and Blu-ray discs

Our range of services also includes the production of CDs, DVDs and Blu-ray discs in small series. CDs, DVDs and Blu-ray discs not only offer unbeatable advantages in terms of archiving. Hard drives, USB sticks and memory cards don't last forever. Since Blu-ray discs, DVDs and CDs contain no electronic components, this potential vulnerability and cause of data loss is absent. Blu-ray Discs, DVDs, and CDs are great for selling, gifting, and archiving music, videos, or files.
