Small financial means, but big goals?

Usually one is mutually exclusive. BOCHUM Medien-Video-Produktion is the exception and the only video production company to refute this rule. We use modern cameras of the same type of the latest generation with large 1-inch image sensors. Optimal image quality is achieved even under difficult lighting conditions. Programmable motor pan-tilts allow the cameras to be operated remotely, which minimizes personnel requirements and reduces costs.

Synchronous recording with multiple cameras (multi-camera video production)

A main field of activity of BOCHUM Medien-Video-Produktion is multi-camera video recording and video production. Several cameras of the same type are used. Basically, at least 4K/UHD is recorded. The video editing is done using professional software on high-performance computers. BOCHUM Medien-Video-Produktion offers the possibility to produce videos in 8K / UHD-II / UHDTV2 / 4320p as well.
Video production of theater performances, concerts, readings and more

When it comes to video recording theater performances, concerts, readings, etc., we naturally use the multi-camera method. The multi-camera video recording makes it possible to record the different areas of the performance from different perspectives. Remote-controlled cameras are used. From a central point, a cameraman has everything in view and can align the cameras in a variety of ways. In this way, 5 or more cameras can be operated by a single person. This saves personnel costs for you.
TV and video reports for radio and internet streaming

In this area, too, we can draw on a wealth of experience based on many years of activity. Several hundred TV reports, video reports and reports were produced and broadcast. The researched topics as well as the locations were very different and varied. These included current information and news, social events, cultural events, sports competitions, football, handball and much more. We are able to research for you in all conceivable areas and to produce video contributions and TV reports.
Video recording of interviews, round tables, discussion events, etc.

The use of several cameras is also useful for the video production of rounds of talks, interviews, discussion events, etc. For simple interviews with only one person, 2 cameras can be sufficient if the questioner is not to be shown in the picture. In any case, more than two cameras are required when it comes to video recording of interviews and conversations with several people. The extent to which remote-controlled cameras must be used depends on whether the event is attended by an audience. The technical effort is reduced if the video recording is of discussions without an audience.
Editing of video and audio material

Of course, recording events, concerts, interviews and discussions is not enough. A video production cannot be completed without video editing. During the video editing, the soundtracks and audio tracks are viewed, adjusted and mixed at the same time. During editing, the video is completed with logos, blurbs and, if necessary, other video, image and text material. You can also submit existing image, text, video and audio material. If, for example, the audio tracks of a concert recording are to be mastered, we can do this or you can supply it as a file.
Small series of CDs, DVDs and Blu-ray Discs

BOCHUM Medien-Video-Produktion is also your partner for CDs, DVDs and Blu-ray discs in small quantities. CDs, DVDs and Blu-ray discs offer particular advantages over other storage media, and not just for archiving. Memory cards, hard drives and USB sticks are not designed to last forever. Blu-ray discs, DVDs and CDs lack electronic components. Thus, these potential weak points and causes for data loss are missing. Blu-ray discs, DVDs and CDs are ideal for selling, giving away or archiving music and videos.
